Flower Activation

From 1987 I have worked for all chain parties in the floriculture industry, from grower (Decorum), auction (BB Aalsmeer), exporter (Edelman) to the retailer (Intratuin Netherlands). During my work I have noticed that it is quite difficult to position a product well throughout the chain, let alone to convey your brand message to the consumer.

The Dutch floriculture sector has become strong and successful because we work well with all parties in the chain, but the sector is strongly volume-oriented and we have to move more and more towards the customer in the future. If you want to start producing more consumer-driven, it is important to map out the needs of the customers (garden centers and consumers) and adjust your product, brand or concept accordingly.

 

Flower Activation offers this service. Through extensive experience in the German retail market, Flower Activation can help you position your brand throughout the chain at the right sales channels. Flower Activation is not concerned with how the chain is structured, but focuses exclusively on the sales channel / shop floor.
